SPR# HBHE5PVGCQ - Fixed a regression introduced in 6.0.2, where fault notifications were not being sent when Domino was run as a service on Windows.

Problem:
This issue was reported to Lotus software Quality Engineering and has been
addressed in Domino 6.0.3 and 6.5.
Workaround: Create an agent in the Fault Recovery database that will send a
mail message to the Admin when new mail has arrived. More >
